The American Legion Riders of Post 104 held their annual Chili
Cookoff Sunday. It was the biggest and best attended Chili Cookoff yet.
We had twice as many people show up to taste everyone's cooking and
more chefs than ever. It was a roaring success and now we look forward
to doing it again next year. Chili cooks were from the American Legion Post 104, American Legion 138 and Fire and Iron M/C just to name a few. An array of different styles and degrees of heat were offered. Everything from mild to blow your head off hot. A little bit of everything for everyone's different tastes. There were bikers present from all over the bay area. But the crowd was not all just bikers. There were many regular Post members and guests that showed up to help fuel this annual fundraiser for the American Legion Riders of Post 104. |

John Silva won first place, Charlene Cupp won second, Doc won third and
the Johnson Family won fourth. Everyone had a great time. The food was excellent. There was not a bad bean in the place. Lets do it again next year! |
